Narrating Life

Ava has always enjoyed reading books.  She reads them to herself and makes up the story with the pictures, but she loves to be read to as well.  We go to the library at least weekly and check out a big stack of books to read.  My favorite thing to do with the kids is check out a big stack of books, come home, snuggle up on the couch and read them ALL.  Recently, Ava has started narrating life.  Here is an example from this morning...

Ava:  "When is it time to go to the store?, she quietly asked her Daddy"
Brien:  "In a few minutes."
Ava:  "She sat patiently and waited for her Daddy to be ready to go to the store."

This is a picture of Ava at the farmers market yesterday.  "Her mommy bought her some tomatoes, and she got to eat them all!"  Ava loves the multi-colored cherry tomatoes and is a happy girl with a pint to nibble on as she walks through the farmers market.
