We were able to celebrate Father's Day with Grandpa Neudeck this year which was a treat! We started the day with breakfast in bed for Daddy (Grandpa was invited, but didn't like the kids agenda of 6am!). We made a late morning brunch for everyone and came up with favorite memories of both Daddy and Grandpa. Then it was a trip to Powell's bookstore where Daddy and Grandpa got lost in the aisles of books and in discussion. Grandma and I read books to the kids in the children's section until we were blue in the face and then took them to Peet's Coffee for hot chocolate! We had an early dinner at DesChutes Brewery in Portland and then spent some time at our favorite park, Field's Bridge Park. It was a great day spent with family appreciating the fathers in our lives!
