Aiden had a soccer tournament this weekend, and since we missed the first one, this was the first one for us! I had forgotten how fun tournament weekends are, and his team did a great job. It's fun to know all the parents and cheer together for our boys. An added bonus is that there is a "little sibs club" too! There are 2 other 5 y/os and a 6 y/o. It's lovely as she is entertained and actually enjoys the games as a play date! It's a win-win for everyone! Orange Crush lost their first game but came back in the last two to play in the final. Aiden did a great job. He's the oldest kid on the team (for the first time in his life with his August birthday) and the other boys really look to him for guidance. It's great to see! The next tournament is in August, so stay tuned!
